UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures is the perfect location for parties, meetings, and events for groups of 15 to 4,000+ guests. The museum's one-of-a-kind setting will make your event special! Let us be that special venue.
The museum is located in downtown San Antonio, a short distance from the Alamo and the Riverwalk, in HemisFair Park beneath the Tower of the Americas and adjacent to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Enhance your meeting or special event with the following audio visual options.
Video Presentations
Project your existing VHS or DVD presentation onto two (2) 12' x 16' screens of the Dome Show Theater. Labor is included in the fee.
Power Point Presentations
Project your Power Point presentation onto as many as three (3) screens of the Dome Show Theater. A laptop computer, complete with set-up and Internet access, is available for rent. You may also supply your own laptop computer.
Logo Projection
Project your logos onto four (4) screens of the Dome Show Theater and on three (3) television monitors at the entrance to the Exhibit Floor. Logos must be received at least 30 days prior to the event. Screen options include two vertical and/or two horizontal screens. Ask the Special Event Coordinator for more details.
Sound System
A complete sound system is available for rent. Ask the Special Event Coordinator for more details.
